The One Stop Shop brings exchange, custody and payments into one account, now in beta testing. Valkyrie brings in companies and their digital securities; ALF provides onboarding and accounting.
Pillar 3
A CHF digital asset treasury
A treasury denominated in Swiss francs, exposed to reference assets such as bitcoin and ether alongside cash and stablecoins. A long-term balance-sheet approach: no speculative trading, no obscure tokens and a clear cap on the bitcoin share. Assets are held with institutional custodians, under independent controls and segregation of duties. The model already exists in the United States and the United Kingdom; it has its place in Switzerland, applied with prudence.

Our shares are digital. We apply to ourselves first what we offer others.
SwissChain Holding SA's participation certificates are recorded on a digital register, as Swiss law has allowed since 2021 (ledger-based securities, art. 973d CO). They carry the same financial rights as a traditional participation certificate, with a register that is easier to keep and to check. Our goal is for these securities to trade one day on a regulated Swiss secondary market for digital securities. Any admission remains subject to that market's approval.
